Billing support
FacetoLuck VIP Monthly is a digital entertainment membership provided by EVENMOOR UNITED LTD. For billing questions, contact [email protected] with your account email and order number.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service was not delivered, you were charged in error, or you experienced a technical issue that prevented reasonable use of the VIP features.
Delivered digital services
Once VIP access has been used to generate fortune readings, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a technical or billing error occurred.
Cancellations
You can contact support to cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, but your VIP access remains available until the end of the paid period.
